Ripun Jai Mehta

Ripun Jai Mehta is the managing partner at Novistra Capital. Ripun has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on distressed investing, leveraged finance, corporate debt, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Novistra, they were the founder of Kyma Capital, a London-based investment firm that invests in secondary securities of leveraged corporates. Ripun has also served as the managing director of Technology Holdings, an M&A and private equity advisory group focused on outsourcing, and as the vice president of corporate relations for AIESEC International.

Ripun Jai Mehta attended Sardar Patel Vidyalaya for their Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.), and then went on to study at the London Business School for their Master of Business Administration.
