Jennifer McSherry Mpa

Jennifer McSherry, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Jennifer is currently working as a Contract Program Director at Novitas Solutions, Inc. since July 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Manager, Process Validation at GuideWell Source from March 2019 to August 2022, where they later transitioned to the role of Sr. Project Consultant from November 2014 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Diversified Service Options as a Supervisor from September 2013 to November 2014, and as a Data Performance Analyst from August 2012 to September 2013. Jennifer's career began at Novitas Solutions, Inc. as a Production Reviewer from July 2011 to August 2012.

Jennifer McSherry, MPA attended York College of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Following this, they pursued further education at Penn State University from 2010 to 2013, ultimately obtaining a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in the field of Public Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer McSherry also holds several professional certifications. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified COPC Implementation Leader from COPC Inc. In the same year, they also received the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters. Furthermore, in 2016, they attained the Quality Management System Lead Auditor certification from Exemplar Global, Inc.
