Yufeng Wu

Yufeng obtained his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in psychology from Shaanxi Normal University, an EMBA degree from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, and certified as a national senior human resource manager, and a master's tutor in applied psychology. He has rich work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and once served as the government official of the Talent Center of Shaanxi Provincial Personnel Department. He then moved to the global top 500 multinational company Johnson & Johnson Group, public listed company Goodwill Pharmaceuticals, domestic well-known private enterprises (Jemincare), and other outstanding enterprises and institutions, responsible for strategy, operations, organization, human resources, branding, public relations, culture, and other important functional issues. He has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in strategy implementation, organizational change and capacity building, talent planning and motivation, corporate brand enhancement, and culture shaping, and management empowerment of entrepreneurial projects.
