Andeta joined Novo Holdings in 2021 as compliance specialist and will split her time 50/50 between the Finance team and the Ventures team.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Andeta worked 12 years in the banking sector. She was in charge of financial closing controls, multiple compliance tasks including Know Your Client as well as activities and reporting of various statements.
Andeta holds a Master Degree in Financial Management.
