Donald Deieso is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and clinical services sectors. Currently a member of the Novo Holdings Advisory Group since October 2021, Donald has previously held several prominent leadership roles, including Chairman at Synthace and Bioreclamation Inc, and Chairman of the Board at Certara and TractManager. As Chairman & CEO of the WIRB-Copernicus Group and Chairman of Breckenridge Insurance Services, Donald has led organizations through significant growth and development. Additionally, experience as an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners reinforces a strong background in healthcare investment. Donald holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Environmental Sciences and Public Health from Rutgers University, along with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University.
