Fedra Medeiros

Head Of Experience Design at NOVO BANCO

Fedra Medeiros has a rich work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Fedra started their career as an intern at PT PRO in 2006. Later, they worked at Portugal Telecom, where they held various positions, including Customer Quality Assurance Manager, Project Manager and Functional Team Leader, and Processes and Continuous Improvement Consultant. In 2015, they joined NOS SGPS as the Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Manager. Currently, Fedra is working at NOVO BANCO, first as a Service Design Lead from 2019 to 2021, and then as the Head of Experience Design from May 2021 onwards.

Fedra Medeiros completed a mestrado executivo (executive master's degree) in Project Management at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued studies in Gestão de Recursos Humanos (Human Resource Management) at the same institution.
