Patrícia Serra Alegra has extensive experience in customer experience and organizational change management, currently serving as Director at the Customer Experience and Satisfaction Cabinet and the Organizational Change Management Department at NOVO BANCO since May 2014. Prior to this, Patrícia spent over a decade at Banco Espirito Santo in various roles such as Senior Global Brand Manager and Affluent Customer Acquisition Senior Manager in the Marketing Department. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Marketing Brand Manager at Impresa Publishing and as a Product Manager at Reckitt Benckiser. Patrícia began professional training with a traineeship in the Marketing Department at Unilever. Patrícia holds an Executive Master in Management and Banking and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
