Rita Aurora Costa

Rita Aurora Costa has extensive banking experience, currently serving as Director Balcão and Gerente Bancário at NOVO BANCO since March 2018, overseeing a prominent agency with a team of nine. Prior to this, from January 2012 to February 2017, Rita managed the Praça do Brasil branch, recognized as a key training location within the bank, leading a team of eight and achieving first place in the Commercial South Division in 2015. Rita's career began at Banco Espírito Santo S.A. from July 2003 to January 2012, where notable achievements included the successful management of several branches and significant improvements in team performance and commercial results. Rita holds an Executive Master in Management Banking from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with additional qualifications from Esade and Universidade de Vigo.
