Sergio Gramaça has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, primarily at NOVO BANCO since June 2000, where current roles include Director of Internal Audit focused on Fraud Risk Management and Fraud Team Manager overseeing the fraud investigations team. Prior to this, Sergio held positions as a Senior Fraud Analyst and Assistant Branch Manager at Banco Espírito Santo from April 1995 to April 2000. Sergio’s educational background includes studies at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
