Teresa Garrido

Teresa Garrido is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process analysis and management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director in the Operations and Resources Department at NOVO BANCO since August 1997, Teresa is instrumental in supporting strategic projects and preparing management reports in the areas of Property Valuation and credit. Prior to NOVO BANCO, Teresa held multiple roles at Banco Espírito Santo S.A., including Assistant Director in the Operational and Resources Department, where experience included the implementation of outsourcing programs and entity mergers. Earlier experience includes a position as a Process Analyst in the Organization and Information Management Department at Crédito Agrícola, and in the Organization and Quality Department at Banco Espírito Santo S.A. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Advanced Executive Program Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
