Spencer Thomas

Spencer Thomas has extensive experience in sales and account management roles. Spencer started their career as an Account Manager at Novo Connection in December 2012, where they were responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients. In this role, they also led the customer account planning cycle and provided strategic planning and relationship building support. In January 2018, Spencer transitioned to the role of an Account Executive at Novo Connection, taking on a hybrid position between business development and client retention. Here, they identified and expanded relationships with independent brokers and successfully closed transactions while representing the company's range of products and services.

In 2018, Spencer joined Apta Health as an Account Executive, continuing to work in the same hybrid function of business development and client retention. Spencer utilized their skills in prospecting, understanding client needs, and negotiating to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Most recently, Spencer served as a Regional Vice President of Sales at Apta Health, starting in September 2022. In this position, they expanded relationships with independent brokers, made proposals, and ensured successful closing of transactions. Spencer also coordinated company personnel and resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.

Throughout their work experience, Spencer Thomas consistently demonstrated strong sales and account management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Spencer Thomas attended Chaparral High School from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled in Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from 2012 to 2015. In April 2022, Spencer obtained a Resident Producer License in Life Accident and Health or Sickness from the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.
