Justin Benz

Justin Benz is an experienced professional with a background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at NOVO Construction, Inc. since July 2021, Justin is responsible for leading, coordinating, and planning cross-functional and intercompany teams. Previously, Justin worked as a Project Engineer at Preston Pipelines Inc. and Tennyson Electric Inc. Justin also held a role as Alumni Relations Chairman for the Kappa Phi Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha, overseeing committee activities and alumni outreach. Early career experiences include a law internship focusing on immigration and custody cases and carpentry work, gaining practical skills in various construction tasks. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in International Business and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
