Ross Serrett

Ross Serrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction project management and game development. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at NOVO Construction, Inc., since September 2018, Ross has efficiently developed and maintained project procurement and change order logs, prepared submittals, and tracked punch lists. Prior roles at NOVO included Project Engineer and Project Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and project closeout documentation. In addition to construction, Ross co-founded BFA Games, acting as Creative Director, overseeing branding, marketing, art direction, and game design. Earlier experience includes a role as Temporary Construction Assistant for Salesforce Tower at Boston Properties and as a Web Designer at AS Design and Marketing. Ross holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electronic Art with an emphasis in Computer Animation from California State University, Chico.
