Justin Monson

Justin Monson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Justin started in 1994 at Colorworks, Inc. as an Assistant Plant Manager and Superintendent. In 1999, they joined Tartan Textile Services as a Plant/Operations Manager. In 2004, they began working at Crothall Healthcare where they held multiple roles, including Resident Regional Manager and General Manager. Finally, in 2022 they joined NOVO Health Services as the Director of Operations.

Justin Monson attended the University of Utah from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine Arts, Education, and Training. In 1995, they also completed a Certification Program in General Education at Salt Lake Community College. Additionally, in 2013, Justin received a Green Belt or Lean Implementer Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
