Sylvain Castet has extensive experience in user experience and design, currently serving as Vice President of User Experience and Design at Novo Insurance and previously at Telenav, where roles included Vice President, Senior Director, and Creative Director in the same field. Prior to Telenav, Sylvain held the position of Creative Director at DL Wholesale Inc and worked as a Senior Design/Art Director, Branding and CPG Consultant at IDEO. As the CEO and Executive Creative Director at Brand and Butter, Sylvain demonstrated strong leadership in creative vision. Sylvain's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from Pôle Formation UIMM Nouvelle-Aquitaine and a BEP/BAC in the same field from LEP Philadelphe de Gerde.
