Martin Lund

Martin Lund is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the field of protein science and biochemistry. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, Martin leads a research group focused on developing advanced resins for biologics purification. Previously, at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, Martin contributed significantly to rennet and coagulant research, emphasizing novel enzyme applications in the dairy industry. Martin's career began at FeF Chemicals A/S, where development of chromatographic resins for protein purification was a primary focus. With a strong academic foundation, holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, Martin's expertise spans enzymology, protein characterization, and analytical methods in food science.
