Argyris Dritselis

Argyris Dritselis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic management within the pharmaceutical industry. Serving as Vice President at Novo Nordisk from December 2019 to November 2024, Dritselis played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and investments in R&D portfolio management. Prior experience at GSK involved leading market intelligence and new product strategy, contributing to the growth and strategic positioning of the US product portfolio. Dritselis began a career in consulting with IMS Consulting Group, advising pharmaceutical and biotech firms on strategy development, and also served in the Hellenic Armed Forces as a Second Lieutenant Officer Pharmacist. Educational credentials include a High Potentials Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Management from The University of Edinburgh.
