Benny Matthiassen

Benny Matthiassen currently serves as the Director of the Aseptic Production Innovation and Development Department at Novo Nordisk, a position held since September 2023. With a robust background in innovation and project management, Benny has extensive experience from Coloplast, where roles included Senior Director of Innovation Projects and Head of Mechanical Design, leading cross-functional projects and developing a new innovation process. Additionally, Benny has been an External Examiner at DTU since June 2006 and previously held various senior management positions at Nokia. Benny holds a Ph.D. in Product Development and a Master's in Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems from Aarhus University and CBS, complemented by IPMA-C Project Management Certification.
