Cheryl Konieczko

Cheryl Konieczko is an experienced leader in event management and communications, currently serving as Director of Conference Center Events and Production Operations at Novo Nordisk since August 2024. Previously, Cheryl held various high-impact roles such as General Manager of Production, Conference and Events at Novo Nordisk and Project Manager for Client Communications at Hudson Law Firm, where operational efficiency for over 200 clients was improved. With a strong background at Viacom, including a position as VP of Global Events for ViacomCBS Consumer Products, Cheryl directed over 50 annual marketing events and played a pivotal role in transitioning to virtual and hybrid formats. Throughout Cheryl's career, there has been a consistent focus on strategic marketing, creative operations, and community engagement exemplified by leadership in the NJ PTA and various initiatives at Nickelodeon, including brand management and campaign execution. Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University, along with certificates in Marketing Management and Event Management.
