Christine Morse

Christine (McClain) Morse serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Novo Nordisk, a role held since December 2012, overseeing legal strategy across clinical, commercial, and corporate law. Previous positions at Novo Nordisk include Vice President and Chief Counsel, Chief Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel, with extensive experience in advising on various aspects of the pharmaceutical value chain, including managed markets contracting and government compliance. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Christine practiced at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, focusing on white-collar crime, government investigations, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Christine earned a JD from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University.
