Guillermo Hernandez

Guillermo Hernandez Cutillas is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in biotechnology and operational management. Currently serving as COO at Rebilance since February 2022, Guillermo focuses on personalized probiotics based on unique gut microbiomes. As a Co-Founder at Novo Nordisk, Guillermo contributes to data visualization and process optimization. Previously, Guillermo held several roles, including Engineer Intern, where responsibilities included data visualization and project automation, and multiple positions in the food industry that honed skills in fast-paced environments. Guillermo also founded Training By Science, aimed at transforming the fitness landscape through an innovative website. Guillermo is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Professionshøjskolen Absalon, expected to complete in January 2024.
