Hailey Michael

Hailey Michael is an Advanced Usability Engineer at Novo Nordisk, responsible for leading usability engineering efforts for medical device and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) projects, focusing on enhancing product design and user experience. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Systems Engineer and Quality Systems Engineer at Glytec, where regulatory leadership and quality process enhancement were key responsibilities. Hailey has also worked as a Clinical Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital, leading the deployment of AEDs and contributing to the launch of a new Imaging Suite. Earlier roles include internships in reliability engineering at Siemens Healthineers and software engineering at Dtex Systems. Hailey holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
