Kristina Lee

Kristina Lee is a Corporate Vice President at Novo Nordisk, leading Service Operations, Sustainability, and Facilities since May 2006, where Kristina integrates culture, engagement, and operational excellence for over 16,000 employees. As a Facilitator and Culture Coach, Kristina supports the embodiment of corporate values within the organization. Previous roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Science Officer and establishing the R&D communications function, where Kristina managed strategic messaging during significant organizational changes. Additionally, Kristina serves as a censor for MSc and MBA exams at Copenhagen Business School and is an active member of VL - The Danish Management Society. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Kristina worked at Sonion A/S, contributing to its global expansion. Kristina holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree in Management of Technology from Copenhagen Business School, as well as Board Education from DTU.
