Kristine Aachmann Bethe

Kristine Aachmann Bethe currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Secretariat at Novo Nordisk since December 2022. Previously, Kristine held the position of Head of Compliance Programme Operations at A.P. Moller - Maersk from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles at Novo Nordisk included Director of Corporate Legal, where responsibility encompassed legal and compliance support for product development and commercialization, and Manager of Business Ethics Compliance Secretariat, overseeing the global Business Ethics Compliance program. Kristine's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at Lundbeck and as an attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel. Kristine possesses a Cand. Jur. degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has participated in educational programs at IMD and Université de Rennes I.
