Leandro Ciscar

Leandro Ciscar is an experienced data and analytics professional currently serving as Data Partner LATAM at Novo Nordisk since December 2023. Previously, Leandro held several key positions at Banco PAN, including Coordinator of Data and Analytics, where leadership focused on collaboration and innovation in data projects, and Specialist in Data and Analytics, responsible for establishing a BI team. Leandro’s work experience also includes roles as Senior Analytics Engineer and Senior Data Science Analyst at Itaú Unibanco, where Leandro developed cloud-native solutions and supported business decision-making through data insights. Earlier career stages involved commercial planning, automation projects, and technical support roles across various companies. Leandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, a certificate in Business Analytics from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an MBA in Data Science from ICMC - USP.
