Lena Krohn

Lena Krohn is an experienced professional in educational development and project management, currently serving as an Onboarding Professional at Novo Nordisk since March 2024. Previously, Lena worked at Børns Vilkår from August 2021 to February 2024 as an Uddannelseskonsulent, responsible for the development of the organization’s teaching corps, including the recruitment, onboarding, and training of educators and well-being consultants. From March 2018 to August 2021, Lena held the position of Kursus- og Projektleder at LMS - Landsforeningen mod spiseforstyrrelser og selvskade, focusing on the development and coordination of training activities for professionals. Earlier experience includes roles as a Lærervikar at Nordregårdsskolen and Snejbjerg skole. Lena holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Aarhus University and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Danish, Food Science, and Social Studies from University College Syddanmark.
