Liz Grekas

Liz Grekas, DrPH, MPH, MS, currently serves as the Global Safety Lead at Novo Nordisk as of December 2023. Grekas has extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and risk management, previously holding positions such as Safety Lead of TB Drugs at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute and Global Safety Lead at Agios Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Grekas contributes as an Advisory Board Member for The Springboard Collaborative, and serves as an IRB Member at both Harvard Medical School and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Public Health in Epidemiology from Capella University, a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, a Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.
