Marc Fishman

Marc Fishman serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Litigation for North America at Novo Nordisk since May 2014. Fishman has a wealth of experience managing complex legal matters, overseeing a team of approximately 20 members dealing with diverse areas such as products liability, commercial law, antitrust, and government investigations. Fishman also held the position of Interim General Counsel, managing a department of around 65 individuals across various strategic functions. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Fishman contributed as Senior Litigation Counsel at Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. and practiced law at McCarter & English, LLP. Marc Fishman earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
