Matthew Fusfield

Matthew Fusfield has extensive experience in IT leadership and digital innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Innovation & Architecture at Novo Nordisk since 2005. Fusfield has orchestrated digital innovation initiatives and created a digital business platform to enhance foundational technology needs. Prior roles at Novo Nordisk include Director of IT Architecture, Associate Director of IT Client Services, and Senior Manager of IT Client Services, where responsibilities spanned technology portfolio management, end-user computing services for thousands of North American users, and client-side infrastructure operations. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Web Development at Interactive Network Systems and System Administrator at DesignFX. Fusfield holds a BS in Information Systems from Stockton University.
