Mia Dong

Mia Dong is an accomplished professional in the fields of project management and neuroscience, currently serving as a Project Portfolio Manager at Novo Nordisk since February 2025. Previously, from July 2017 to January 2025, Mia held the position of Innovation Manager at Brain+, where significant contributions were made to innovation pipeline development and product development for digital dementia care solutions, alongside managing R&D efforts. Earlier, as a Scientific Project Manager at the same company, Mia played a crucial role in securing €5 million in grant funding and implementing agile project management practices to enhance workflow efficiency. Mia's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience from Aarhus University, an MS in Cognitive Neuroscience from UCL, and a BS in Psychology from UCL.
