Michelle Grillo

Michelle Grillo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Legal & Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer at Novo Nordisk since October 2022, Michelle previously held positions at Merck Group as a Legal Manager and Legal Coordinator from November 2018 to October 2022, and at Amgen as the Interim Head of the Legal Department and Legal Coordinator from April 2017 to October 2018. Michelle's educational background includes a Specialist degree in Labor Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Specialist degree in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, alongside various certifications in corporate investigations and anti-corruption compliance. Michelle also has significant language training, including courses at EC Cambridge and Hilderstone College.
