Milot Salihu

Milot Salihu is an experienced project manager at Novo Nordisk, specializing in automation, robotics, and new technology since March 2021. Milot oversees a team focused on enhancing production line implementation through innovative use of Extended Reality and a unique project management methodology. Additionally, as a guest lecturer at the Technical University of Denmark, Milot teaches students about XR technologies in pharmaceutical automation solutions. Previous roles include managing finances at Restaurant Big Due, founding Bramil Møbler, a custom furniture company, and serving as a data analyst at Proficon ApS. Milot also founded Salvis IVS, a digital service for insurance companies, and initiated the first parkour class at Randers Ungdomsskole. Milot holds degrees in Engineering Technology from DTU and Management & Technology from TUM School of Management.
