Owen Butler

Owen Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and management across various sectors, particularly in the pharmaceutical and diving industries. Since February 2018, Owen has held the position of SVP Training Partner for Aseptic Manufacturing at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities include developing training strategies and addressing complex business challenges. Previous roles at Novo Nordisk encompassed managing training consultants and implementing corporate training solutions globally. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Owen served as Area Manager for Smoke Solution in Denmark and Western Europe, and as General Manager at Navys Waterworld Dive Center, where a significant turnover growth was achieved. Owen's educational background includes an HD in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Mini MBA from Probana Business School, among other qualifications.
