Paulius Galinskis

Paulius Galinskis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Ramp-Up Director at Novo Nordisk since December 2024, Paulius previously held the position of Director of Global Operations at Phase One, overseeing teams in Denmark, Japan, and Israel. Paulius has also contributed as a Strategy Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on private equity, M&A, and supply chain management. Previous roles include Project Manager at Novo Nordisk and Junior Product Manager at 3Shape.
