Shama Hasan

Shama Hasan is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Director for LATAM, EMEA, and JAPAC at Novo Nordisk, Shama has previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and for South East Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of Training & Organizational Development at United Bank Limited, HR Manager at Sante Private Limited, Field HR Manager at Sanofi, and Training Manager at Sensei International. Shama holds an MBA in IT from PIMSAT and a certification in Human Resource Development from IoBM.
