Sonya Gocheva

Sonya Gocheva is an experienced HR professional with a long tenure at Novo Nordisk A/S, currently serving as HR Business Partner for Growing Markets since January 2021. Prior roles at Novo Nordisk include P&O Manager for Bulgaria and surrounding countries from 2013 to 2020, and various consultancy positions in HR across multiple countries from 2007 to 2011. Sonya's career began at Novo Nordisk Farma EAD as HR & Administration Manager from 2002 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2017, and two Master's degrees in English Language and Literature, and Slavic Languages from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Currently, Sonya Gocheva is pursuing further studies at New Bulgarian University since 2006.
