Sune Borg

Sune Borg is an accomplished HR Director with extensive experience in organizational development, strategic leadership, and agile transformation. Currently at Novo Nordisk since November 2020, Sune leads HR initiatives and serves as a Senior Project Lead. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Nets Group, where Sune drove cultural change and agile transformations, and Leadership Development Partner at Avenir Consult, leading large-scale Lean Leadership initiatives. Sune's prior experience also includes significant contributions to Novo Nordisk's global Lean Leadership implementation and consultancy work in organizational psychology. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's in Organization and Business Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
