Waqar Arshad

Waqar Arshad is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT operations, project management, and support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Engineer at ZeroNorth since February 2022, Waqar previously worked at Maersk Tankers from December 2016 to February 2022, holding roles as Vessel IT Project Manager and Vessel IT Coordinator, managing IT services for a fleet of over 80 vessels and collaborating with stakeholders across various locations. Additionally, Waqar has experience as a Software Analyst and IT Support Engineer at Cloud1990, where responsibilities included liaising with developers, troubleshooting systems, and providing technical support. Waqar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Leeds Beckett University and a BTEC National Diploma in ICT from Nelson and Colne College, along with a strong foundation in academic subjects from Walton High School.
