Ashley Zullo

Ashley Zullo is an accomplished fermentation scientist with extensive experience in microbiology and policy analysis. Currently serving as Fermentation Scientist II at NovoBiotic Pharmaceuticals since February 2009, Ashley focuses on experiments related to high-priority isolates, including Teixobactin, while managing a fermentation screen for 750 new isolates monthly. Previous roles include Microbiologist I at NovoBiotic Pharmaceuticals, US Northeast Division Coordinator at Net Your Problem LLC, and Policy Analyst for the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen's Alliance. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Microbiology Lab Assistant and Bathing Beach Water Quality Sampler at the Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment, demonstrating proficiency in bacterial water quality testing. Ashley Zullo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Roger Williams University and has further educational experience from the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences.
