Masha Kozlova

Masha Kozlova currently serves as the Associate Manager for Learning & Development in Patient Experience at Novocure, a role held since September 2021, after previously working as a Medical Device Support Specialist for New Indications. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate STEM Mentor at Women In STEM, and as a Films & Festivals Associate with the UCLA Campus Events Commission. Masha gained valuable skills as a Dental Practice Intern at Dr. Yudin, DDS, while also working as a self-employed Video Editor from 2018 to 2021, and holding positions as a Swim Instructor at La Petite Baleen, Inc., and a Bilingual Special Education Assistant in Early Childhood Education. Masha earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Film, Television & Digital Media from UCLA (2017-2021) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Liverpool (2023-2025). Masha's educational journey began at Convent & Stuart Hall, where a high school diploma was obtained in 2017.
