Roei Meir Hermon

Roei Meir Hermon has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Associate Director of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM&A) at Novocure since January 2014, following roles as Senior Manager and NPI Manager within the same organization. Previous experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at ColorChip, focusing on optical transceiver devices and failure analysis, and as an R&D Engineer at Ultrashape Israel, where project leadership was exercised for new products transitioning from prototype to manufacturing. Earlier in the career, Roei held the title of Installation Project Manager and Team Leader at Asyst Shinko @ Intel Fab 32, managing robotic systems installation and calibration. Roei started professional endeavors as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the Israeli Defense Forces, specializing in submarines. Education credentials include a Master of Science in System Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kinneret Academic College, along with practical engineering studies at Amal 1 College.
