Scott Kinney

Scott Kinney's work experience includes various roles in the education and technology industry. Scott currently serves as the Managing Director of Education Technology at Devonshire Investors since January 2017. In 2018, they took up multiple positions, including the Executive Chairman and CEO of NovoEd and the Director of EdNorth. From 2012 to 2016, Kinney was the President of Capella University, where they led an online university with 35,000 adult students and provided guidance to faculty members and staff. Prior to that, they held positions at Thomson Reuters, Thomson FindLaw, MarketWatch, and BigCharts, Inc. Scott started their career at The Boston Consulting Group as a Manager.

Scott Kinney earned their Bachelor's degree in Geology from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. Later on, from 1987 to 1989, they pursued their MBA degree at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
