Todd Moran

Todd Moran has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Todd is currently the Chief Learning Strategist at NovoEd, where they lead the global learning strategy and collaborates with executives to address their learning and development challenges. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Strategy & Solutions at EdCast, where they worked with Fortune 500 organizations to transform their workforces through a Learning Experience Platform. Before that, Todd was the Senior Director of Solution Consulting at Jive Software, where they focused on customer experience and digital marketing strategies. Todd also held various positions at Schneider Electric, including Head of the Office of Business Transformation and Director of Social Enterprise. Todd's earlier work experience includes roles at Telvent, Miner & Miner Consulting, Geospatial Information and Technology Association, and Outward Bound Professional. Throughout their career, Todd has excelled in driving strategy, developing innovative solutions, and delivering impactful learning experiences.

Todd Moran graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Psychology. Todd then pursued further education at the University of Colorado Denver, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Information and Learning Technology.
