Ernesto Aldunate

Ernesto Aldunate is a seasoned professional in operations and supply chain management with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Gerente de Proyectos y Procesos at Novofarma Service S.A. since September 2021 and as an Asociado at Supply Chain Council Chile since March 2021, Ernesto previously held the position of Gerente de Operaciones at BO Packaging Chile for a brief period. From August 2002 to February 2020, Ernesto was the Director of Operations at Soprole, overseeing the San Bernardo Plant, which processes over 17 million liters of milk monthly and 25,000 tons of various products. This role included leading digital transformation initiatives and managing logistics and supply chain strategies for the company. Ernesto holds an Engineering degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completed between 1990 and 1996.
