Arved Cornelsen

Arved Cornelsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Transformation Engineering at Novoferm GmbH, where they lead the development and implementation of their digital transformation strategy. Prior to this, Arved worked as a Consultant at fragile bit, providing coaching and consulting services to teams and leaders in Agile methodologies. Arved also served as a University Lecturer at FH Bielefeld, Fachbereich Gestaltung. Arved has held roles such as Agile Coach at Avenga and Senior Product Lead & Scrum Master at nuucon. Additionally, they worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Digital Apartment and held positions including Interim Information Technology Manager at blu BEYOND GmbH, IT Developer/IT PM at Publicis Pixelpark, Backend Developer at ORDIX AG, and Backend Developer at CLAAS. Throughout their career, Arved has gained expertise in digital transformation, Agile methodologies, coaching, consulting, and project management.

Arved Cornelsen completed their education with a Master's Degree in IT Management and Information Systems from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Information from the same institution between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, Arved Cornelsen has obtained several certifications including being a Certified SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) 5 Agilist from Scaledagile in September 2021. Arved also holds an IASSC Certified Green Belt from IASSCOM Fortune Institute of Technology obtained in 2020. Furthermore, Arved Cornelsen obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2018.
