Tanja Ehren-Babic

Tanja Ehren-Babic is currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Novoferm Nederland since May 2024. Prior to this role, Tanja held the position of Manager of Service at SPIE Nederland from June 2022 to May 2024. Tanja's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Teamleider at SPIE Nederland BV / Novisec Security Systems from April 2006 to June 2022. Tanja Ehren-Babic has pursued various educational qualifications, including a degree in Operations Management from LOI (August 2022 - August 2023) and a Green Belt in Lean Process Improvement from Trainingenlean.nl (2021). Additionally, Tanja completed studies at NCOI Opleidingen (2015 - 2016), Stichting Nederlandse Associatie voor Praktijkexamens (2008 - 2009), and Gilde Opleidingen (2002 - 2005).
