Chase Williams

Chase Williams has extensive work experience in Human Resources, primarily in leadership roles. Chase'smost recent position is as Vice President of Human Resources at Novolex, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held several positions at Apex Tool Group, including Vice President of Human Resources for the North America Hand Tools business unit and HR Director for Global Supply Chain. Chase also served as an HR Manager for manufacturing facilities in South Carolina and held roles as an HR Generalist for both the Manufacturing Center of Excellence and the Apex Distribution Center. Before their HR career, Chase worked as a Marketing Director at Beverage Industries.

Chase Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Chase also obtained a Master of Human Resources from the same institution. In 2015, Chase earned a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and in 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
