David Cowfer

David Cowfer has extensive experience in human resources and communications. David started their career at Westinghouse Electric Corp in 1981, where they held roles in communications and human resources for 13 years. David then joined International Paper as a Human Resources Leader from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Arizona Chemical as Vice President, Global Human Resources & Communications for 16 years, where they oversaw HR and communications operations in 14 countries. Currently, David is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Novolex, a position they have held since 2015.

David Cowfer attended The Pennsylvania State University from 1977 to 1981 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism. In 2003, they enrolled in the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they completed their studies in 2004.
