Kelsey Wolf-Wallace M.a.

Kelsey Wolf-Wallace M.A., LCMHCA, serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at Novolex, leading compliance training programs and employee development initiatives for over 10,000 employees globally since July 2024. Previously, Kelsey held various roles at Hire Heroes USA, including Interim Associate Director for Client Learning Programs, where strategic planning and execution of virtual learning initiatives were overseen. Additional experience includes managing specialized career coaching programs for transitioning military personnel and providing counseling support at Duke University Health System. Kelsey received a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
