Michael H. Wallace

Michael H. Wallace's work experience includes holding the position of Director of Operations at Novolex since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ardagh Group from 2019 to 2023, where they held the role of Vice President, Operational Excellence Group. In this role, they managed a team of 21 and oversaw operational excellence and continuous improvement across 14 locations in North America, achieving significant cost savings. Before joining Ardagh Group, Michael worked at Ardagh Group from 2009 to 2014 as Manager, Continuous Improvement – NA. During their tenure, they modernized the company's infrastructure, established KPI metrics and standards, and led various technology enhancements for performance tracking and improvement.

Michael H. Wallace obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University in 1998. Additionally, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Indianapolis. Michael H. also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Ardagh Group.
